Rates and Insurance

EMHC is considered an in-network provider for Aetna and United Health Care. We are considered out-of-network for every other insurance plan, which means that you would need to pay out of pocket for services. See Cost for Sessions below for details related to private pay options.  

Out of Pocket Cost for Sessions – Your session cost will vary based on who you are working with. You can expect to pay between $50 and $300 per 50-minute session. 

Out-of-Network Benefits– Most insurance plans have out-of-network benefits. We have had mixed success with helping clients get reimbursed for services rendered.

Good Faith Estimate – While it is difficult to estimate how long your journey with EMHC will be, we provide a Good Faith Estimate to help you understand, at a minimum, how much you could expect to spend while working with one of our providers. Expect to receive this around the 3rd session when a plan for treatment will be developed (Note this refers only to private pay individuals).
